Zapfic 50: A Spark of Light with Mr. Tony
Hello everyone, welcome to the Zapfic Monday contest! In this contest, we will be discussing a conversation I had with one of my lecturers, Mr. Tony.
Mr. Tony was a good man, full of imagination, and that day we were discussing photoelectricity.
I know you will love this entry—share the fun with everyone around you! 😊
Mr. Tony said, “Once the energy exceeds the threshold velocity, an enormous amount of energy can be extracted from the system.” He further explained that an electron is emitted only when this energy surpasses the threshold, as described by Planck’s equation: E=hf, where h is Planck’s constant.
