Muchas veces, cuando uno comienza a realizar una actividad por primera vez, ya sea académica, laboral o cualquier otra, como un entrenamiento físico, uno siempre empieza con mucho entusiasmo, pero con dudas sobre cómo hacer las actividades, y lo que uno hace normalmente es preguntar a personas que ya tienen experiencia en el área.

Igual sucede cuando decide comenzar un emprendimiento y hacerse autónomo a nivel productivo; en ese momento, uno está lleno de ideas, compra los materiales para iniciar su proyecto y busca la mayor cantidad de información con la intención de arrancar con buen pie.

Y normalmente uno también pregunta a las personas con experiencia en negocios propios cómo les ha ido, si desean dar un consejo o un aporte a la idea.

Sin embargo, uno debe tener la seguridad de lo que quiere, de haber investigado el negocio que desea iniciar, y uno debe haber revisado todos los pros y los contras que puede tener dicho emprendimiento, y uno debe asumir que el emprender siempre es un riesgo, ya que estás iniciando una actividad propia, donde todo te puede salir muy bien desde el principio, pero también puede suceder lo contrario.

Esto hay que tenerlo muy claro, ya que si uno arranca con dudas desde el inicio, uno será susceptible a las diferentes opiniones y eso puede llevar al emprendedor al fracaso, si esas dudas se convierten en desconfianza y profundizan el miedo a fracasar.

Por eso hay que saber a quién preguntar, a qué tipo de persona acercarse para poder aprender de ella, ya que muchas veces preguntamos y decimos nuestras dudas a personas que tienen temor de salir de su espacio de confort y de su ámbito seguro, y en ocasiones, hasta sin querer, sus consejos terminan arruinando el sueño de emprender y de la autonomía.

Pero cuando uno sabe con quién asesorarse, conoce a la persona, sus logros, sus fracasos, el cómo se levantó después de una caída y sabe el cúmulo de experiencia que tiene, ahí los consejos, los aportes y el impulso serán los más adecuados.

Cuando ese tipo de personas nos hacen una recomendación, lo hacen basados en su experiencia, y eso no significa que nuestra experiencia va a ser igual a la de ellos, ya que es muy probable que en un proceso donde a él le fue mal, a uno le vaya bien, pero su consejo y su experiencia nos servirán para poder dar respuesta a cualquier situación igual o parecida a la que él vivió.

Eso pasa mucho a nivel técnico, donde un compañero con experiencia te aconseja y te da las pautas para conseguir la solución a problemas que solo se resuelven con la experiencia y la práctica; por eso, siempre que uno les pide un consejo, terminan diciendo: “Con respecto a tal situación, te doy una recomendación más”.

Y ahí uno sabe que tienes un consejo de una persona que tiene experiencia en aquello que estás haciendo o emprendiendo, y esos son los consejos que con seguridad debemos seguir, para poder avanzar y profundizar en nuestros emprendimientos y desarrollo de actividades.

Many times, when one starts doing an activity for the first time, whether academic, work or any other, such as physical training, one always starts with a lot of enthusiasm, but with doubts about how to do the activities, and what one usually does is ask people who already have experience in the area.

The same happens when you decide to start a business and become self-employed at a productive level; at that moment, you are full of ideas, buy the materials to start your project and look for as much information as possible with the intention of getting off to a good start.

And usually one also asks people with experience in own businesses how it has gone, if they want to give an advice or a contribution to the idea.

However, one must be sure of what he wants, of having researched the business he wants to start, and one must have reviewed all the pros and cons that such an undertaking may have, and one must assume that entrepreneurship is always a risk, since you are starting your own activity, where everything can go very well from the beginning, but the opposite can also happen.

This must be very clear, because if one starts with doubts from the beginning, one will be susceptible to different opinions and that can lead the entrepreneur to failure, if those doubts become distrust and deepen the fear of failing.

That's why you have to know who to ask, what kind of person to approach in order to learn from them, since we often ask and say our doubts to people who are afraid to leave their comfort space and their safe environment, and sometimes, even unintentionally, their advice ends up ruining the dream of entrepreneurship and autonomy.

But when one knows who to consult with, knows the person, his achievements, his failures, how he got up after a fall and knows the accumulation of experience he has, there the advice, the contributions and the impulse will be the most appropriate.

When such people make a recommendation to us, they do so based on their experience, and that does not mean that our experience will be the same as theirs, since it is very likely that in a process where he did badly, one will do well, but their advice and their experience will serve us to be able to respond to any situation the same or similar to the one he lived.

That happens a lot at the technical level, where an experienced colleague advises you and gives you the guidelines to get the solution to problems that can only be solved with experience and practice; that's why, whenever you ask them for advice, they end up saying: “Regarding such a situation, I give you one more recommendation.”

And there one knows that you have a piece of advice from a person who has experience in what you are doing or undertaking, and those are the tips that we should surely follow, in order to move forward and deepen our ventures and development of activities.
