Friendlymoose Photography contest. LAKES OR RIVERS: Fisherman on the Orinoco River. EN/ESP

First of all, a cordial greeting to all the members of the community. The topic that @friendlymoose brings us, is quite interesting is about the rivers and lakes that we have visited and of which we have images. I brought an image taken, from the Orinoco Promenade, in Ciudad Bolívar, in the Bolivar State here in Venezuela. The Orinoco, is one of the most powerful and largest rivers in South America, in this part of the river that is called Angostura, is the shortest stretch between both banks and has a distance of one and a half kilometers wide, from that path, the river is much wider. The river from its source in the Sierra de Parima, makes its mouth in the Atlantic Ocean, have a distance of 2,140 kilometers. I took this photo with my Nikon Coolpix 8.1 megapixel camera. I hope it will be to your liking.

Antes que nada un cordial saludo a todos los miembros de la comunidad. El tema que nos trae @friendlymoose, es bastante interesante es sobre los ríos y lagos que hemos visitado y de los qu tenemos imágenes. Yo traje una imagen tomada, desde El Paseo Orinoco, en Ciudad Bolívar, en el Estado Bolívar aca en Venezuela. El Orinoco, es uno de los ríos más caudalosos y grandes de Sudamérica, en esta parte del río que se llama Angostura, es el trecho mas corto que hay entre ambas orillas y tiene una distancia de un kilómetro y medio de ancho, a partir de ese trayecto, el río es mucho mas ancho. El río desde su nacimiento en la Sierra de Parima, hata su desembocadura en el Oceano Atlantico, tienen una distancia de 2.140 kílometros. Esta foto la tomé con mi cámara Nikon Coolpix de 8,1 megapixeles. Espero que sea de su agrado.
