Introducing Myself to the Hive Community Let’s Connect

Hi Hive community!

I’m Lawrence Charlie Nathan, and I’m genuinely excited to be part of this amazing Hive ecosystem. Hive is not just a platform to me it is a space that reflects everything I’m passionate about: decentralization, creativity, and forward thinking innovation.

I’m proudly from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, and currently live in Uyo, the state capital. As the first son in a family of seven, I have grown up carrying a deep sense of responsibility not just to my family, but to my community as well. That background has shaped my values, leadership, and the way I approach opportunities.

I studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cross River, Calabar. While engineering taught me how to solve problems and think analytically, it also sparked my interest in tech especially the digital and decentralized world of block chain. Over time, that passion and drive evolved into something much bigger.

Today, I wear multiple hats. I’m a Web3 content creator, a block chain project marketer, a writer, and an eager student of Web3 development and programming. My goal is not just to learn but to use what I learn to bring value to others especially here in the Web3 and Hive communities.

I’m of average height, fair in complexion, and above all, a Christian. My faith plays a big role in how I live and work guiding me to act with integrity, purpose, and kindness, both online and in everyday life.

As a content creator, I enjoy breaking down complex block chain topics and making them easier for others to understand. Whether I’m writing educational posts or sharing updates, I want to help newcomers feel welcome and empowered in this space. I believe content is a great way to build bridges between ideas, people, and possibilities.

In my marketing role, I support block chain startups by helping them reach the right audience and build strong communities. I believe good storytelling is at the heart of every successful Web3 project, and I use that belief to connect projects with the people who need them.

Writing, for me is more than a skill it is how I share, teach, and inspire. I write blog posts, articles, and personal reflections that speak to the growing potential of block chain, especially in Africa, where the impact of Web3 could be truly transformational.

Right now, I’m focused on learning more about smart contracts, dApps, and how to build block chain solutions from the ground up. I’m excited about using tech to solve real world challenges especially those affecting underserved communities.

Joining Hive feels like the right next step. It is a place where builders, dreamers, and changemakers come together and I’m ready to grow, contribute, and connect with others who believe in the power of decentralization.

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to building something amazing with you all!

Let me use this opportunity to specially thank in appreciation @uyobong for his coach and upbringing into the the Hive block chain and community.

Lawrence Charlie Nathan

Welcome to the Hive community @oratorlaw!
We sincerely hope you find everything you are looking for and have found a new home here.

Seven suggestions to consider:

  1. Guard your passwords carefully, and only publish with the posting key,
  2. Use your active key only for wallet transactions, Keychain, Peaklock, and Hivesigner,
  3. The master password and the owner key are only used to reset compromised passwords,
  4. DO NOT lose your password or keys; copy and store offline,
  5. Do not publish other people's work, be it photos or written, without credit, and be sure to source all of your work, even if it is your own.
  6. An introduceyourself tag is used only once , and
  7. DO NOT OPEN any links in memos or comments that you do not know who they belong to. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, so the old saying goes. There is nothing free here.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and need some guidance, or if you have any questions, there are informed Hiveans available who can help you; you can click to go to The Terminal in Discord here:

Have fun and happy Hiving!
