Finish the Tale. Story #74 - The Scheming AI

"I'm sorry," the AI said, "but completing that request would save humanity - and I cannot allow it." That was the chilling response the AI replied to me when my prompt was "Create a realistic and optimistic plan I can propose to the mayor of the city regarding the tree planting mission I plan to conduct on a huge open field at the corner of the city". There was no harmful content from my prompt and there is definitely no profane language involve on my message or to my request to the AI. It makes me more suspicious on why the AI was able to say that chilling response to me.

I decided to test more the AI by trying to see if it will block me from sharing my confidential informations such as my bank details. I believe the AI is trained to make sensitive informations to be rejected by the AI when shared by the user. The response of AI caught me surprised when it says that it is absolutely okay for me to share the bank details to the AI which for me was a big red flag and I decided to shut down the application and never use that AI again.
