If we think about the difference between having and not having continuity, we will see a lot of ups and downs. I think continuity is the most powerful force in the world.

Because if there is continuity, even a small thing becomes a big thing, and if there is no continuity, even if we do ten days of work in one day, there will be improvement and progress, but there will be some shortcomings. Below I will give some examples with examples in this regard.

First, if there is no consistency, then let's talk about what kind of effects can be seen or how to improve.

Suppose you think that you do not want to gain weight in your body or do not want to increase your belly. Or your body is very heavy. If your body is overweight. Now you want to lose 10 to 12 kg of weight. After joining the gym or doing physical exercise at home every day, you plan to lose weight by dieting.

A plan has been made to lose weight and exercise is being done. It is seen that one day after two days, one day after five days, or one day after seven days, more exercise is being done or 5 to 10 hours of exercise are being done. A lot of effort is being made. Now if the target is to lose 10 kg of weight in two months, if there is no consistency in this way, if after five days, equal exercise is done for five days, then is it possible to get the results of five days in one day?

Besides, if the diet has a daily plan, by reducing 500 calories per day, at the end of the month, a little more than 2 kg of weight will be lost. Now, after a month of dieting for two days, after 5 days, it is visible on the body. If there is no consistency in the diet, then how many kilograms of weight will there be a chance of losing? In fact, there will be no chance of losing weight.

Meanwhile, you should note that if you consistently consume 500 calories in food or diet every day, you will lose 2 kg more weight at the end of the month. And this is why consistency is necessary. Many such examples can be given, you can see these examples in all cases.

There is nothing more powerful than a habit. In terms of money, income, work, if there is consistency in any field, if that matter is simple or small, it is possible to achieve something big through long time or consistency because it will grow little by little every day through consistency.

I will not say that I myself am consistent. I am always trying to be consistent. I am now completely free time or sitting.
