Happy First Sunday of the year

Maybe I’m overthinking.
I think I have been anonymous for long. It’s the first Sunday of the year and I took pictures with my family(well, excluding my dad—he wasn’t around)

I wouldn’t categorize myself as one to like the act of taking pictures. I like my ambiguity, I like not touching the camera for facial purposes, I just like it. I had to be forced into taking pictures today, trust me, my mother was annoyed at one point cause I kept on resisting. But I mean, I’m not getting younger, so what’s the point? We will create a point later, but for today, we take those goddamn pictures.

Anyways, it was a fail. You can say this.

No one in the entire house knows photography like me, so every single shot of me was ass and I had to force a smile through it to make my mum happy. Well, ‘wonderful’ I thought throughout.

Just so my mother wouldn’t have a frown on her face, or refuse to give me extra turkey for lunch—I decided to endure the remaining minutes, just changing positions, styles, yelling at my siblings to stay in place, fixing up my smile and trying not to just say screw it and stomp to my room.

And oh yes, do make it part of your quest to take a selfie with your entire family. My dad isn’t in this picture right now, but if I eventually post another one—he would. And please try to ignore the facial expression of the one on the left, I have no idea what was going through her head.
And I’m the one holding the camera by the way.
