Greetings to you all dear actifitters and alivers in the community. It's my pleasure coming your way again. Hope you are all doing great.

My fitness walk to day took me from home at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Itam Market where I went to deliver a parcel for a waybill to Ikot Ekpene.

After I was through with the delivery, I then went into the market to buy cent leave that will be use for pourage. I Iocate the woman I bought afang leave from her yesterday.

On returning home, I rested a bit before leaving to attend another meeting at conscience

It's always a wonderful experience when I took a walk while thinking out a solution. It's great that I was.

I am alive and thriving.
