‎So I visited home the other day and when I wanted leaving the following morning, mum told me that the handle of the bathroom door had fell off. Well, I didn't understand, so I had to go check it for myself. I noticed that the handle had fell off truly.

‎I have not fixed it before I didn't know how to start but I knew it was a simple thing to fix, and that if the called the person who designed the aluminum door to come fix it that, it will cost them a lot and the person might not come on time.
‎I told them to call the guy later to come fix it, but on the other hand, I said to myself, if I try to fix this thing, maybe I can. Since there is no harm in trying, I started the process. I picked a flat knife, screw and stared the work, at first it seems so impossible because I didn't even see any nut to loosen in order the remove and fix the other part of the handle.

‎I wanted giving up , but I said no, let me try one more time. I noticed the white stuff on the handle, I tried using the knife to pull it out, and behold it open and I saw the nut , I now used the screw driver to remove it. The I now picked the handle that fell off and fixed it perfectly, it was fairm and everything was okay. I was so happy that I could do it on my own.

‎Visité mi casa el otro día y, cuando quería irme a la mañana siguiente, mi mamá me dijo que la manija de la puerta del baño se había caído. Bueno, no entendí muy bien, así que tuve que ir a verlo por mí mismo. Noté que la manija realmente se había caído. No la había arreglado antes y no sabía cómo empezar, pero sabía que era algo sencillo de arreglar, y que si llamaban a la persona que diseñó la puerta de aluminio para que viniera a arreglarla, les costaría mucho dinero y tal vez no vendría a tiempo. Les dije que llamaran al hombre más tarde para que viniera a arreglarla, pero por otro lado me dije a mí mismo que, si intentaba arreglar esto, tal vez podría hacerlo.

‎Como no había nada de malo en intentarlo, comencé el proceso. Tomé un cuchillo plano, un tornillo y empecé el trabajo. Al principio parecía imposible porque ni siquiera veía ninguna tuerca que aflojar para poder quitar y arreglar la otra parte de la manija. Quise rendirme, pero me dije: no, déjame intentarlo una vez más. Noté una cosa blanca en la manija y traté de sacarla con el cuchillo.

‎Y, para mi sorpresa, se abrió y vi la tuerca. Entonces usé el destornillador para quitarla. Después tomé la manija que se había caído y la coloqué perfectamente. Quedó firme y todo estuvo bien. Estaba muy feliz de haber podido hacerlo por mi cuenta.
