During the governorship election, there was a newspaper that was always known for releasing accurate news. It was a very popular local newspaper, and people were often seen gathering at the plaza every morning to analyze the reports. Let's keep the name of the paper anonymous.
However, during the election period, the paper became known for spreading fake and unconfirmed news. The level of incredibility was alarming. Some individuals even went as far as suing the paper for damages.
Eventually, everyone became aware of the false reports constantly circulated by that particular newspaper. Whenever someone told lies, people would say, "Why are you lying like that newspaper?"
To maintain your credibility as a news outlet, your reports should always be verifiable.
