Teaching is a nice and rewarding job, but it often comes with a lot of stress. From planning your lessons, delivering them effectively, marking notes and assignments, to handling both curricular and extracurricular activities, the workload can be demanding.
However, as a teacher, you must find ways to manage the stress and keep going with your responsibilities.
One of the most stressful periods for teachers is during and after examinations. You have to conduct the exams, mark all the scripts, record the scores, and prepare the results. This is a time when teachers often have sleepless nights, go to school even on weekends, and stay late at work just to ensure results are compiled.
But the sweetest part is that, after the exams and compiling of results, there is always no more stress.
