Recently, I decided to sell a set of glassware that I no longer use. Before putting it away, I took it out and placed it on the glass table in my living room to organize everything.
While doing so, I noticed something interesting.
The pieces were reflected on the surface of the table, creating images that seemed to duplicate the objects. The transparency of the glass combined with the reflections produced an effect that immediately caught my attention.
I stopped for a moment to observe it more carefully.
What began as a simple household task turned into an opportunity to appreciate a beautiful reflection. The shapes of the glassware appeared both above and below, creating a composition that seemed more artistic than practical.
I have always found it fascinating how reflections can appear in the most unexpected places. Sometimes we look for them outdoors, in puddles or bodies of water, and forget that they can also be found inside our homes.
In this case, a glass table and a few pieces of glassware were enough to create an image worth capturing.
And this is the reflection I share with you today for this contest.

Concurso Reflection Hunters – Reflejos sobre una mesa de cristal
Recientemente decidí vender una cristalería que ya no utilizo. Antes de guardarla, la saqué y la coloqué sobre la mesa de cristal de la sala de mi casa para organizar todas las piezas.
Mientras hacía eso, noté algo interesante.
Las piezas se reflejaban sobre la superficie de la mesa, creando imágenes que parecían duplicar los objetos. La transparencia del cristal combinada con los reflejos producía un efecto que llamó mi atención de inmediato.
Me detuve un momento a observarlo con más calma.
Lo que comenzó como una simple tarea doméstica terminó convirtiéndose en una oportunidad para apreciar un hermoso reflejo. Las formas de la cristalería aparecían tanto arriba como abajo, creando una composición que parecía más artística que práctica.
Siempre me ha parecido fascinante cómo los reflejos pueden aparecer en los lugares más inesperados. A veces los buscamos en exteriores, en charcos o superficies de agua, y olvidamos que también pueden encontrarse dentro de nuestros propios hogares.
En este caso, una mesa de cristal y varias piezas de cristalería fueron suficientes para crear una imagen digna de capturar.
