Florian Wirtz To Liverpool Almost Complete

The summer window is already hitting up before it begins and I am quite surprised to see how Liverpool has been moving in the transfer market this past week. It is no news that Jeremie Frimpong has joined Liverpool and has put his signature on paper, but the one that has taken me off guard is the negotiations happening between Liverpool and Bayern Leverkusen for Florian Wirtz, who is set to join Liverpool next season. This signing was unexpected from many, even though we heard rumours about Premier League clubs interested in signing Wirtz this summer.

It is still quite shocking because Bayern Munich were the side who looked promising in signing Florian Wirtz this summer as the rumours were there, plus strong statements by top officials in Bayern Munich. According to Fabrizio Romano, Florian Wirtz has given the green light on personal terms with Liverpool, and now all that is left is club-to-club negotiations on the transfer fee for Florian Wirtz, which I think could reach 100 million euros or could be less depending on how the negotiation between the clubs end.

The German international will be a great addition to Liverpool as they will be stacked in the midfield area. Liverpool is making a strong case for next season with the signing of both Jeremie Frimpong and Florian Wirtz to the team. Arne Slot is on a mission next season with Liverpool and I can say their summer transfer is yet to be done. Arne Slot has already said earlier last month that there could be departures and Trent Alexander-Arnold is one of those departures, but there could be more as the transfer window goes on.

The second player who could leave Liverpool in the summer could be Luis Diaz as he is a favourite of FC Barcelona sporting director Deco. There is also a rumour that the fee could reach 80 million euros, but nothing has been proven concrete yet as there are no club-to-club negotiations or personal contact between FC Barcelona and Luis Diaz. The summer window will be long, and hopefully, we get to see more lights on the deals happening currently with Liverpool. There should be a fee for Florian Wirtz by next week, which I am certain of, as Liverpool doesn't want any drama and wants this deal finished as soon as possible.

There will be more updates on Florian Wirtz and Liverpool, which I will be sharing with you all in the coming days, but for now, we wait on the sidelines to see what happens from here on out with the club-to-club negotiations. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.
