Toy Run at the Toy Mecca
Last Sunday, with nothing to do, I invited my sister to go to Greenhills, Metro Manila's mecca for toy and action figure collectibles.
I had a previous purchase that I could pick up at a store there, so I had a good reason to visit.
I went ahead even if she wasn't available.

As usual, I was again blinded by the delectable toys on display, so I came home with this lady skeleton warrior. Here she is with some of the small toys I picked up while I was eating at a local burger joint.
Dr. Fate, the Porg, Joker, Batman, Storm Shadow, and the other small toys are previous purchases and freebies which I picked up from the seller's store.
Afterwards, I headed to the newly constructed mall where more toy stores are located. First, I had to pass by lots of Chinese and other restaurants. Got fascinated by the lobsters and grouper fishes on display, ready to be cooked.

At one of the afroementioned toy stores, I found the usually-hard-to-find Zelda and Batman with Shadow from Sonic the Hedgehog, all from Jakks Pacific. There was also the McFarlane Cheetah, which surprised me with its nice face sculpts. I used to consider this figure a pass, but when I saw it in person, off it went to the shopping cart.

I also finally found a plastic Tupperware-esque container with which I could bring along my 7-inch figures. This proved useful in my provincial trip yesterday, which will be featured in the next two or so posts.
Now, all these figures need is some playing with. Happy to be alive!
