Do you know if the 5k afit tokens has too be in their app system or just in your hive wallet. @consciouscat has just started. I need to send her some tokens. Actifit was what attracted me to hive four years ago. I was not sure I could write and post about stuff, but I knew I usually end up with a descend activity count most days. It really helped me get started blogging and look at my account now. I have 270k actifit stacked plus all those hive upvotes over the years it really builds up. For me constancy is the key!
