Thinking about Alt Season
Granted, we are not sure Alt-season was coming in this cycle for so many reasons. Many of us think things are different because of meme coins and the fact that there are too many alts now.
The most interesting question was asked by an intelligent person who just happened to be me, the question is:
What would the Alt-season be? What alts would pump? Memecoins? Old alts or new alts? Or all of them?
No doubt, so many alts pumped, especially memecoins, so why do we still think there haven't been an Alt-season? Possibly the amount of money that went into alts during the Bitcoin bullrun is enough to have caused an alt season if only there weren't this many alts. If only the number of alts were the same number they were in 2021 and there were no meme coins.
But then, the number of alts in 2021 were more than the number of alts in 2017 and that didn't stop Alt-season in 2021. So, probably the fact that we now have more alts is not enough to stop Alt-season.
Probably.
Every new cycle it takes more money to make Bitcoin reach a new all time high, that was able to occur this time, so maybe the increased amount required to go into Alts to create the Alt-season is not as scarce as we might think because if it can come through for Bitcoin everytime it probably can come through for alts too.
All in all, still expecting the alt-season this year is not farfetched nor a funny thing. An Alt-season is still very possible. Surprises aren't anything new. It could even come in December.

It is true that this time everyone is thinking that the altcoin season will not come. Many things have changed, but what I am saying here is that we will see that the most popular things at the moment, artificial intelligence and all the coins like that, will get more pumping. And the old coins will also get pumped. It is not that they will not be there at all, but they will be less compared to these coins. So there is no tension. In the next six months, we will see the altcoin season.
