The Day To Day Of Every Day | L.O.H #283 (EN-ES)
For the first time in a long time, I had a week off, which is why I wasn't very active on Hive last week, but I'm back now and refreshed. So, April began in my absence, and what a surprise! I've been participating in the #LadiesofHive initiative for several months now, and I still can't believe how long this journey has become.
Days are very short or very long depending on your perspective, so today I'll tell you about some things I usually do to make the day more bearable.

How do you care for your body and mind when you are not sick? What is your everyday health care routine like?
Every morning, after enjoying my breakfast, I do abdominal and hip exercises for about fifteen minutes. It's to get my blood circulating and prevent stiffness. It's to awaken my inner energy and fill me with enthusiasm. I think it's a good way to prepare myself to face the day with serenity and strength.
After exercising, I eat a bowl of cereal to give myself a little extra nourishment. That's why, throughout the day, I take my vitamin pills after each meal, as little reminders of good nutrition that help me maintain the vitality needed to flow with ease in every moment.
This daily routine has become a conscious act of self-love that strengthens my body one day at a time.

What is that one hobby you wish you could do for fun, too, and why can't you adopt it for your free time?
Honestly, I would love to dedicate myself to painting abstract landscapes. However, painting this type of work requires a lot of time, something that's difficult for me these days due to my daily responsibilities. Between work and studies, my schedule is constantly full; I would need a lot of free time to dedicate to painting.
Sometimes I think that if I had more hours in the day or fewer obligations, I could try, but for now, it's impossible. Perhaps, just perhaps, when retirement arrives and I have more time for myself, sooner or later the right day will come to finally sit down and paint without rushing or interruptions, and fulfill that long-held desire.

Por primera vez en mucho tiempo tuve una semana de descanso, por eso no estuve muy activo en Hive la semana pasada, pero ya estoy de vuelta y con las energias renovadas. Asi que en mi ausencia empezo el mes de abril, que sorpresa, ya hace varios meses que he participado en la iniciativa de #LadiesofHive y aun no me creo que tan largo se ha vuelto ese recorrido.
Los días son muy cortos o muy largos de acuerdo a la perspectiva, por eso en este día les contare algunas cosas que suelo hacer para tener un día más llevadero.

¿Cómo cuidas tu cuerpo y tu mente cuando no estás enfermo? ¿Cómo es su rutina diaria de atención médica?
Cada mañana, después de disfrutar de mi desayuno, hago ejercicios abdominales y de caderas por unos quince minutos, es para hacer que circule bien la sangre de mi cuerpo y evitar que se ponga rígido. Es para despertar mi energía interna y así rebosar de ánimos, creo yo que es una buena forma de prepararme para afrontar el día con serenidad y fuerza.
Luego del ejercicio, como un tazón de cereal, para nutrirme un poco más de la cuenta. Por eso, a lo largo del día, tomo mis pastillas de vitaminas después de cada comida, como pequeños recordatorios de una buena alimentación que me ayuda a mantener la vitalidad necesaria para fluir con ligereza en cada momento.
Este ciclo diario se ha convertido en un acto consciente de amor propio que fortalece mi cuerpo un día a la vez.

¿Cuál es ese pasatiempo que te gustaría poder hacer también para divertirte y por qué no puedes adoptarlo en tu tiempo libre?
Honestamente, me encantaría dedicarme a pintar paisajes abstractos. Sin embargo, pintar este tipo de obras requiere mucho tiempo, algo que hoy en día me resulta complicado debido a mis responsabilidades diarias. Entre el trabajo y los estudios, mi agenda está constantemente llena, necesitaría mucho tiempo libre para dedicarme a la pintura.
A veces pienso que si tuviera más horas al día o menos obligaciones, podría intentarlo, pero por ahora, es algo imposible. Quizás, y solo quizás, cuando llegue la jubilación y tenga más tiempo para mí, Tarde o temprano llegara el día adecuado para finalmente sentarme a pintar sin prisas ni interrupciones, y cumplir ese deseo que tengo desde hace mucho tiempo.

You have a nice routine there and the work it does really is very important to our health. Maybe I'll run some findings on that to start doing it as well.
Painting really requires time and dedication so I understand the situation denying you of your hobby crush but I wish someday you can crush that denial and have your crush to yourself
