The Color of Honesty

Every time she told the truth, the sky changed color.
My sister used to be a pathological liar; she was so used to telling lies to avoid problems. She was quite a handful when she was a mischievous child, but as she grew up, she realized the problems that come with a dishonest life, so after going to college, she changed completely.
When I saw her again, she was all grown up, but not only that—something about her felt different. Just out of curiosity, I asked her:
“Hey, are you okay?”
And she said to me:
“I’m great.”
And at that moment, the sky changed color: it went from blue to purple. I thought I was hallucinating.
“It can't be, look at the sky!” I said to my sister because I was so surprised.
“Oh yeah, I'm used to seeing it like that now,” she said.
And to my surprise, the sky changed color again: It turned pink.

Excellent post! Hive is the best social network in the world! Unfortunately I could not vote at 100% because my voting power is low.
Sometimes the sky changes not because the truth is simple, but because it’s layered with everything we’re still learning to admit.
