Hello world, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to let you know that I've become more active on social media, especially Instagram and Threads. I'm still a newbie when it comes to being a social media person, but I think I'm on the right track. Anyway, I grew up on Hive, and posting on #LadiesofHive feels like home.

If given the opportunity, what would you do for those who saved the lives of children or those who never tire of getting aid to the survivors, during the recent earthquake in Venezuela?

Saying thank you wouldn't be enough to show my gratitude, because what happened in La Guaira was a complete disaster for which no one was prepared. (For those who don't know me, I'm Venezuelan. Fortunately, I live in a city where the double earthquake didn't cause widespread devastation, but even so... I've witnessed the damage, both structural and emotional.) The lives of millions of people changed radically on a holiday.

People from all over the country and abroad came together to help. In the face of this tragedy, people sent all kinds of supplies; shipments of essential goods are still being sent to the most affected city. People continue to strive to stay strong and provide assistance.

I've had the opportunity to meet these people who are currently giving their all, and I've felt ashamed of myself: because what they're doing is admirable, and I'd like to give them everything they ask for, to tell them they're doing a good job and that everything they've done has been worthwhile. But it's frustrating not being able to do anything more than that...

The truth is, I'm very grateful to those people, and I know very well that there are so many of them that they could be everywhere. Thanks to them, we can say that every day is a miracle. Venezuela was shaken, but it's still standing. And we all hope for the day when aid is no longer needed. Until then... we want to say to everyone: "Thank you very much."

Hola mundo, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien. En esta ocasión les quiero dar el aviso de que me he vuelto más activo en redes sociales, en especial en instagram y Threads, todavía soy un novato en esto de ser una persona sociable, pero creo que voy por buen camino. De todas formas, me desarrolle en Hive y publicar en #LadiesofHive es lo que hace sentir en casa.

Si tuvieras la oportunidad, ¿qué harías por aquellas personas que salvaron la vida de niños o por quienes no se cansan de llevar ayuda a los supervivientes durante el reciente terremoto en Venezuela?

Darles las gracias no seria suficiente para mostrarles mi gratitud, porque lo que ocurrió en la Guaira fue un completo desastre para el cual nadie estaba preparado (Para quienes no me conozcan, soy Venezolano, afortunadamente vivo en una ciudad en donde el doble terremoto no causo estragos, pero aun así... He sido testigo de los daños, tanto estructurales como emocionales) La vida de millones de personas cambio radicalmente en un día feriado.

Personas de todas partes se unieron para ayudar, tanto del pais como fuera del pais. Ante la desgracia, las personas enviaron suministros de todo tipo; Los cargamentos de insumos aun se siguen enviando a la ciudad más afectada. Las personas se siguen esforzando en mantenerse de pie para brindar ayuda.

He tenido la oportunidad de conocer a esas personas que actualmente dan todo de si y he sentido vergüenza por mi mismo: Porque es admirable lo que hacen, y me gustaría darles todo lo que soliciten, de decirles que hacen un buen trabajo y que todo lo que han hecho ha valido la pena. Pero es frustrante no poder hacer nada más que eso...

La verdad es que estoy muy agradecido con esas personas y sé muy bien que son tantas que pueden estar en todas partes. Gracias a ellos es que podemos decir que cada dia es un milagro. Venezuela se sacudió, pero sigue en pie. Y todos esperamos el día en que la ayuda ya no sea necesaria, hasta entonces... a todos les queremos decir: "Muchas gracias"
