The New Year’s wish lantern rose into the sky and came back down with an answer tied to it. When I opened the letter it said: "Happy New Year my friend"

It seemed magical to me, so I did it again. This time, the lantern returned with another message: "This year will be full of challenges, you must be strong and brave"

I felt a chill run down my spine. I knew that life wasn't always easy, but those words resonated strongly in my head. But who writes these messages? I had to know.

So I did it again, I launched the lantern into the sky to let it fall back again. This time, the lantern did not return; the wind took it away.
