The quality of coffee leaves much to be desired in a coffee shop, both its flavor, smell and presentation, in truth the first thing that makes us fall in love is the visual, a well-presented coffee attracts you a lot. But it's like you say, a well-made coffee and an unwelcoming cafeteria make you discard this option. Everything must be narrowed down, to find harmony between the coffee, the place, and the user.
