That's it! Every Saturday a drawing will be done using wheelofnames. Once a winner is selected for a specific prize, they will be removed from the contestant pool and another drawing will be done for the next prize. The process will repeat until all prizes are given out. If there aren't enough qualifying entries remaining, all names will go back into the pool and the drawings will continue using the same process.

Yes I have an American wife so know what you mean. Gosh I had one today that fits the bill about my broadband activation that was supposed to be on 29th July. I just got off a sevice update call and just had to laugh at the excuse given today lol!
