Another cold ride - My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2026

After a relaxing start of the day I started to prepare for my cycling ride today, another go at the MTB Trail I went to last week as well and because I wanted to get somewhere around 50km I took another route to the trail.

It was 1 degrees Celcius but according to Garmin it was freezing, well I guess the difference isn't that big and it's both frigging cold plus the wind made the real feel temperature -2 but anyway, I earned the Frosty badge! 🤣
I didn't even knew it existed but it did made me laugh.

At least the sun was shining so everything looks a lot better, I just needed to keep moving so I didn't take a lot of pictures. 😅

The drawback of winter is the extra work I have after a ride, there so much more mud and I think when I keep doing this I have a big part of the forest in my backyard 😅

Because it's freezing at night, my outside garden hose I use to clean the bike is cut off of water so after every ride I need to put the water back on and off again and drain the water so the frost doesn't damage the copper water pipes.
