My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2025

Wow that was the most steps I ever did in a single day since I'm using my fitbit watch for eight months now, so far our holiday has been very active and that's great, next week will be a lot warmer so we'll see how it goes.

In the morning I went for a run and got back along the beach and after lunch I went out for another walk with my daughter, more exploring to do and it was fun together.

Here are the stats for my little run it's not much but I hope it's enough to not lose anything I've built up with cycling in the last weeks so I can get back on my bike and continue once I get back home.
