Thanks for the overview, very interesting to consider. They say location is everything, but the price for 2mins from the beach seems too much, but it is a big difference when you can walk or cycle the beach in the morning or evening. I'm not sure which I would prefer, further away or closer to beach.

I would prefer something like the one where we were renting... 2 streets from the beach... but, for the price of the other one... 😂
