I ordered it from Mountain Rose. If you make tea, do not drink a cup full. I saw where people only take 1/3 to 1/2 of a shot glass at one time. I put some in a coffee grinder and turned it into a powder. I boiled some water and poured it over two teaspoons of the powder in a coffee cup. You might want to try one teaspoon. I put honey in mine because they say it tastes bad, it did, but it was drinkable.
