I have been looking for something other than pain pills to help with my back pain. I was able to stop the Fentynl patch but I can not stop the pills or the pain gets to bad to stand. @owasco told me to try Symphytum, Ruta graveolens, and Hypericum. They came in the mail today. They are the tiniest pills I have ever seen. I hope they work.

Maybe my back would not hurt as much if I would stop doing dumb things. These are the rocks that my son had inside the shed. My sister and I picked them all up and put them in flower pots, we set them outside of the shed. I wanted to move them to the area that I am going to decorate. This is only the small rocks, I haven't moved the big ones yet. Now my back hurts, it is the bad kind of hurt, where I can not stand straight and if I move wrong, I yell out in pain. It is my own fault.

While getting sandfleas last week, I think a board hit my foot and that evening it swelled and I could not walk on it. I saw my pain management doctor the next day, Monday, and she wrote a request for me to get an xray. The place was closed so I waited until Tuesday and had the xray taken. They told me it would be 2 to 3 days to get results. Friday they posted in My Chart that they have received the request for my xray, now I can make an appointment to have it done. What an embarrassment it would be to work for that company and need to explain to every caller what a mess their system is. Today, Monday, I got the results, my foot is not broken or cracked, they saw nothing wrong with it, but It has been a week and a day since I hurt it and I can not walk flat footed without pain in one area. I am now wondering if the person who read the xray was quailified to read it.

For several years people have been painting rocks and leaving them for others to find, on one side of the rock they put a FB page where you can post the rock you found. Now someone is doing the same with art and other items they make.

This is the art my brother in law found today with the above paper that says free art, it looks better in person. It is of a gator and the gator is raised in a 3D effect. He said he found it at the park where he goes to jog. My husband told him that he could put it somewhere else for someone to find. I was going to ask for it if he was not going to keep it, but he said he liked it.
