This is my post for #freewriters 2894 prompt abolish democracy hosted by @mariannewest

Wall Street in NYC is where the stock market is located. It is my opinion that this place is where all the craziness comes from.
When he says one thing, stocks fall, and in just a few days, the opposite will be said, or some kind of clarity, and the stock market climbs. This keeps happening, and the right people are getting richer.

I asked Google for the meaning of abolish democracy. I don't usually copy and paste, but this time I did so I could ask the question, Do you think all of the boxes are checked?

AI Overview
To "abolish democracy" generally means to end a system of government where power is held by the people and replace it with an authoritarian or tyrannical regime. This process is also known as "democratic backsliding," where a country gradually shifts away from democracy towards autocracy.

General meaning of abolishing democracy
An erosion of democracy can be achieved through several tactics:

Subverting elections: Elected leaders can manipulate voting rules, disqualify opponents, and suppress voters to erode the fairness and legitimacy of elections.

Suppressing dissent: A shift towards authoritarianism often includes attacks on a free press and the suppression of protests and political opponents.

Undermining institutions: Leaders weaken the checks and balances of democratic systems by attacking the independence of the judiciary, the civil service, and ethics oversight offices.

Spreading disinformation: Replacing facts with lies and experts with conspiracy theorists can degrade public trust and justify the dismantling of democratic institutions.

Stoking political polarization: Using rhetoric that demonizes political rivals as enemies can lead to an "us versus them" mentality, which erodes the civility and compromise necessary for a functioning democracy.

Everyone has an opinion, and I respect it even when I do not agree, it is still one of our rights. 95% of the people around me, family, close friends, and community, do not see things the way I see them, and it is ok with me, they are entitled to their opinion, and me mine. This should not make anyone an enemy, it is just how they think, and thoughts are a dime a dozen.

Why can't we all agree to disagree? Once a politician is elected, we can like it or not, but they are there, and the only way to see change is when enough people agree. They did it this time and we are getting change. If it is a good change or a bad change, that is up to you.
