It has been a long day. My son has a bad tooth, and it has been hurting him all week. Today, I got him to agree to see the dentist. My sister called and said she wanted to spend the day with me. I told her I was taking my son to the dentist, and she said she would take us but had to be back at her house to pick up the grandkids from the school bus by 2:30. We got to the dentist at 9am, and I checked him in.

The dentist wanted the money but I forgot to take any cash with me. I had 25 and had to get the other 70 from my sister. There went our yard sale money. On the way to the dentist's, we decided we would leave him there and go to yard sales.

My sister had 15 dollars left, and she said it was enough to go to yard sales. We drove from one end of the town to the other and saw only one yard sale sign, but when we got to the house, there was no sale, it had to be an old sign so we went back to the dentist to wait. I went inside and saw they had taken him back.

Around noon, he came out to the truck and said they took X-rays but they were going to lunch and the dentist would see him first when he gets back from lunch. Hungry and me needing to put on belly fat, we went to the dollar store where I got a bag of chips and a Three Musketeer bar.

He got out of the dentist around 1:30. He does not have an infection, he has a broken tooth. They gave him another appointment for the 7th of April, he did not get any type of pain meds. He said the dentist told him he was trying an experimental technique and it should work. Four hours later he said he felt his tooth was on fire. I feel for him but do not know what else I can do.
