Our children today are the future of tomorrow. Today's children will grow up tomorrow and will fulfil the country's responsibilities. Therefore, the family, society and even the people of the state have several responsibilities to develop a child as a leader. If we can fulfil our responsibilities properly, then today's children will do something good in the future and will give us a beautiful state as leaders. In that case, first of all, I want to tell you about the role of the family and the contribution of parents.

After a child is born, he starts growing up slowly in his family. He initially started receiving education through the family. A child will manage his own life by seeing how the family members behave and how the standard of living is improving. Therefore, the most precious and important thing and educational institution for a child is his family.

After birth, a child starts learning from his family. A mother is the first and main teacher of a child. The way a mother raises and nurtures a child, that child will behave the same way when he grows up and family education will enable him to make his life more beautiful.

If family education is good, then a child can behave well everywhere. And if the behaviour of parents and family is bad, then that child can never behave well. That is, a child's behaviour starts as a medium of his family. When other family members behave well, a child learns good behaviour and applies it everywhere in society and the state.

In that case, considering the family aspect, parents should

• Teach the child good behaviour

• Speak politely in front of him and speak in pure language

• The child must be informed and taught about respect for elders and respect for younger ones.

• You should never abuse a child in front of him. Even if you make a mistake, you should explain it to him in a nice way.

• Respect for people is the most important thing. Therefore, the child should be taught to respect elders and love the younger ones.

A child receives his family education for about 6 to 7 years after birth. After that, he observes the views of the people around him, even beyond his parents. If the surrounding environment and the environment of the society are good, then the child easily masters the good behaviour and the behaviour of the people around him.

Therefore, there are some social responsibilities to develop a child as a future leader. If a child grows up well in society, then he must be encouraged. If he makes a mistake, he must be explained for that mistake and he must be informed so that he does not make this mistake again in the future.

Parents, families and society all have a great responsibility to develop a child into a future leader. If we do not fulfil our responsibilities properly, a child will never be able to engage himself in the work of changing society. In that case, we must play an important role in developing a child into a benefactor and a future leader.
