Just like you, I don't usually run but in my own case, I walk long distance like every other day. This is how to keep girly too. When your legs are engaged, it helps to break down excess calories and make the blood capillaries transport fluid round the body.
Eating healthily too is another way to go.
One must ensure to avoid smoking and alcohol as much as possible.
