I can bet it, your grandma was a strong woman. There are people who lived in the past, because of their diet ethics, have strong immunity that can fight diseases.
Such people lived long enough than most people who have resulted I'm seeking professional medical advise in our generation.
Even though I do not support self-medication, it is not fair to.say that our ancestors did not live a happier life.
