Explaining How Ujurak Elder Works in Splinterlands

Today I'm going to talk about the Ujurak Elder card and how he is a great ally for battles in Splinterlands.

As I mentioned in other posts, I am currently focusing on building a collection of cards through 3 editions, they are the Chaos Legion edition, the current Reward edition and the Gladiator edition. I am frequently increasing my assets from these 3 editions and my goal is to have all of them at maximum level so that I no longer need to rent cards on the market, so I can play calmly without having to worry about costs and everything I earn will be profit. I also need to increase my amount of SPS in stake.

Of the many current Reward cards, some catch my attention and 1 of them is Ujurak Elder, a neutral deck monster that seems to be weak but has great abilities.

Ujurak Elder only costs 3 mana, his attack is magical and he doesn't draw much attention because if we were to observe his attack, speed and life are very low so he is a monster that will be easily defeated in battle, but his abilities help him survive in battle and also help allied monsters since he grants them buffs.

Ujurak Elder has 4 abilities and they are: Camouflage, Divine Shield, Strengthen and Swiftness.

  • The Camouflage ability makes Ujurak Elder a target of attacks only when he is in the first position, but there are 2 exceptions, the first is that he can still be targeted by monsters that have the Scattershot ability and the second is that he can receive damage from the Blast ability.

  • The Divine Shield ability makes the first damage that Ujurak Elder receives be nullified, after which the Divine Shield is destroyed.

  • The Strengthen ability makes Ujurak Elder increase the life of all allied monsters by +1.

  • The ability Swiftness causes Ujurak Elder to increase the speed of all allied monsters by +1.

As you can see, Ujurak Elder may not be the best option for dealing damage, but it is a monster that costs little mana and will greatly benefit allied monsters with its buffs. Furthermore, it is not an easy monster to defeat since the chances of it being targeted by an attack are very low, so it will probably survive until it is one of the last monsters in the battle and until then it will benefit its allies with its buffs.

I'm sure I'll want to have Ujurak Elder at max level in my collection.
