I think that the whole AI thing is way overblown and will not replace real human interaction as far as meaningful content is concerned.
Think about the amount of AI slop being created and rejected by anyone with two working brain cells.
There are excellent uses for AI like curing disease etc but when it comes to social skills AI is hopeless.
AI is a misnomer of the stuff that people call AI. It's just a large language model.(llm)

Actual AI artificial intelligence doesn't exist and is a long way off thankfully.

Problem is, it'll get better. What AI was a year ago compared to today is night and day. Tech always improves. So I guess humans need to level up as well :)
The models used in video generation and artwork are getting better at fooling the less computer literate (most people?) but they still have that telltale slightly off weirdness about them.
Fortunately we can always turn the power off...at least for now. 👍
