今天的晚饭是一份简单又扎实的工作餐。白米饭颗粒分明，带着淡淡的米香，旁边是一碗温热的杂粮粥，绵密顺滑，喝下去胃里暖暖的。
盘子里的菜很丰富：炸得金黄酥脆的小酥肉，咬开是鲜嫩的肉感，裹着微微的调味；清炒的长豇豆带着锅气，脆嫩爽口；还有一块酱色的红烧排骨，肉质软烂，咸香入味。
荤素搭配，粥饭都有，没有花哨的摆盘，却满是踏实的烟火气，刚好填满一天的疲惫。
