Un poco de mi dia — Feliz día de reyes 👑 (Esp/Eng)
Hoy tocó un día distinto. Me tocó acompañar a mi mamá a hacerse unos exámenes, algo que a veces puede sentirse pesado, pero que también se vuelve más llevadero cuando estamos juntas. Caminamos con calma, conversando de todo un poco, apoyándonos como siempre. Esos momentos simples, aunque no se planifican, terminan siendo muy valiosos.
Mientras estábamos en eso, nos dimos cuenta de algo que casi se nos pasa: era Día de Reyes Magos 👑✨. Entre risas, se nos ocurrió que igual merecía la pena celebrarlo, aunque fuera de una forma sencilla. Así que decidimos comprar algunas cositas sin gluten, tanto para el bebé como para nosotras, porque sabemos lo importante que es cuidarnos y también darnos pequeños gustos.
Justo pasamos por una tienda que estaba cerca, Biomercado Sin Gluten, y la verdad es que es muy linda. Tiene ese ambiente acogedor que invita a entrar, mirar con calma y antojarse de algún postre o snack. El problema vino después… yo, muy confiada, olvidé por completo que no había llevado ni efectivo ni tarjetas 😅. Por un momento pensé “ya está, nos vamos con las manos vacías”.
Pero ahí recordé que podía pagar con el teléfono, y por suerte funcionó todo perfecto. Fue un alivio enorme y una pequeña victoria del día. Al final, entre la emoción y las ganas, terminamos comprando un poco de más. Mi mamá también puso algo de efectivo y nos dimos el gusto.
Al final, los Reyes Magos llegaron para el gordiño con leche y galletitas, y más allá de los regalos, lo mejor fue el tiempo compartido. Pasear por el centro, conversar sin apuro y acompañarnos hizo que el día cerrara de una forma muy linda.

Today was a different kind of day. I had to accompany my mom to get some tests done, something that can sometimes feel burdensome, but that also becomes easier when we're together. We walked calmly, talking about a little bit of everything, supporting each other as always. Those simple moments, even though they're unplanned, end up being very valuable.
While we were doing that, we realized something we almost missed: it was Three Kings Day 👑✨. Laughing, we decided it was still worth celebrating, even if it was in a simple way. So we decided to buy some gluten-free treats, both for the baby and for ourselves, because we know how important it is to take care of ourselves and also indulge in little pleasures.
We happened to pass by a nearby store, Biomercado Sin Gluten, and it's actually very nice. It has a cozy atmosphere that invites you to come in, browse at your leisure, and indulge in a dessert or snack. The problem came later... I, being very confident, completely forgot that I hadn't brought any cash or cards 😅. For a moment I thought, “That's it, we're leaving empty-handed.”
But then I remembered that I could pay with my phone, and luckily everything worked perfectly. It was a huge relief and a small victory for the day. In the end, between the excitement and the desire, we ended up buying a little too much. My mom also put in some cash and we indulged ourselves.
In the end, the Three Wise Men arrived with hot chocolate and cookies, and beyond the gifts, the best part was the time we spent together. Strolling through downtown, chatting without rushing, and spending time together made for a very nice end to the day.
Sometimes the best memories are made this way, without planning them ✨💛
