💗✨ Capacitación, aromas y detalles que hablan de amor ✨💗 (Esp/Eng)

Hoy tocó día de capacitación, uno de esos días intensos pero muy bonitos. Me correspondió dar un taller a mis compañeras vendedoras, dentro de un proyecto nuevo en el que fui seleccionada, algo que me tiene muy agradecida y también bastante emocionada. No es solo enseñar, es compartir experiencia, aprender juntas y crecer como equipo.

Durante el taller pude mostrarles un poco del contenido, hablar sobre ventas, motivación y también presentarles algunas primicias de productos que ya vienen pensadas para una fecha muy especial: San Valentín. Y debo admitir que esta parte fue mi favorita.

Entre todo lo nuevo que se viene, conocimos las fragancias Eternally, tanto para hombre como para mujer. Me gustaron muchísimo, no solo por su aroma, sino también por su empaque tan bien pensado. Las botellas tienen una silueta masculina y femenina muy elegante, con colores que lo dicen todo:
💙 azul para él
💗 rosado para ella

Son de esos productos que apenas los ves, ya se sienten como un regalo.

Como amante de este mundillo, debo confesar que me encanta perderme entre aromas, probar fragancias nuevas, descubrir notas y ver cómo cada producto tiene su propia personalidad. Me entretengo muchísimo en estas capacitaciones porque detrás de cada lanzamiento hay un enorme trabajo de muchas personas: diseño, marketing, formulación, pruebas… nada es al azar.

Y al final, todo eso llega a nuestras manos convertido en una experiencia que podemos compartir con otros.

Mientras hablábamos de perfumes y regalos, pensaba en lo importante que es entender que el amor siempre vive en los detalles. No necesariamente en lo caro o lo grande, sino en el significado. Si quieres sorprender a alguien, no basta con comprar algo bonito; es mucho más lindo cuando se combinan los gustos con los sentidos.

Un aroma que recuerde a alguien.
Un paseo compartido.
Un momento especial.
Algo rico para comer juntos, ya sea comprado o preparado con amor en casa.

Todo suma.

Para mí, estas fragancias se sienten perfectas como regalito de San Valentín, pero también como una excusa para decir “pensé en ti”. Porque al final, eso es lo que realmente importa.

Today was training day, one of those intense but very enjoyable days. I was assigned to give a workshop to my fellow salespeople as part of a new project I was selected for, something I am very grateful for and also quite excited about. It's not just about teaching, it's about sharing experiences, learning together, and growing as a team.

During the workshop, I was able to show them some of the content, talk about sales and motivation, and also present some new products that have been designed for a very special date: Valentine's Day. And I must admit that this was my favorite part.

Among all the new things to come, we learned about the Eternally fragrances, for both men and women. I liked them very much, not only for their scent, but also for their well-designed packaging. The bottles have a very elegant masculine and feminine silhouette, with colors that say it all:

They are the kind of products that, as soon as you see them, feel like a gift.

As a lover of this world, I must confess that I love getting lost in scents, trying new fragrances, discovering notes, and seeing how each product has its own personality. I really enjoy these training sessions because behind every launch there is a huge amount of work by many people: design, marketing, formulation, testing... nothing is left to chance.

And in the end, all of that comes together in our hands as an experience we can share with others.

As we talked about perfumes and gifts, I thought about how important it is to understand that love always lives in the details. Not necessarily in what is expensive or big, but in the meaning. If you want to surprise someone, it's not enough to buy something nice; it's much nicer when you combine tastes with the senses.

A scent that reminds them of someone.
A shared walk.
A special moment.
Something delicious to eat together, whether bought or prepared with love at home.

It all adds up.

For me, these fragrances feel perfect as a Valentine's Day gift, but also as an excuse to say “I thought of you.” Because in the end, that's what really matters.
