When You Find Your Passion, Productivity Comes Naturally
Everyone wants to be successful in their life and everyone dreams about it. But how many of us are productive in our daily life? I believe many of us are aware of the tricks and tips to being productive but yet we fall short of it and my guess is that it comes down to this, we're not doing the things we love to do.

Passion is a peculiar thing really. If you love it, then you don't need an alarm to wake up for it, you don't need someone to remind you, and you don't need motivational videos to get started working on it. It just draws you in automatically, and that's what it is all about – doing things because you want to, or doing things because you have to.
I have observed a lot of people who are very hardworking but yet when they come to the end of their work, they feel empty. They do their work and they do what they have time to do, but at the end of the day, something is still missing. I believe that's the passion behind the work; something. When there is no passion then productivity comes across as a duty, when there is passion, even working hours might feel like an adventure.
First, I believe, you have to identify what it is you do that makes you forget time. The thing about it is like when you're doing something, and then an hour later, you realize you were in the middle of it and you didn't even notice an hour went by. It might be writing, cooking, or mending or repairing things, or assisting people. All of us have some of this within us, but we don't pay attention to it because we feel it's not practical or will not make money.
Likewise, I believe, comparing our journey to someone else's will stunt our passion bit by bit. If you start to see someone else move quicker than you, your motivation to get better seems insignificant and worthless. But no one's time is the same and no one's journey is the same and that's okay.
It's also the passion obsession when you begin to take time to do it every day. Even one hour everyday is enough to start. Consistency creates obsession and obsession creates productivity naturally. There is no need to push yourself, you just need to do little and often.
Obviously every coin has two sides and passion without discipline can make you lose focus. Following your heart and setting goals responsibly is a balance. Passion is like giving yourself energy and discipline is like giving yourself direction; passion + discipline equals productivity.
I don't believe that increased productivity is simply a matter of doing more. I believe real productivity is that we should do the right things with our hearts. The right things always tie back to what you're passionate about.
