How Habits Shape Our Future.

All of us in this world are doing something every day and we don't know that what we are doing day to day is taking shape in our life. And those habits are actually building our future without us even knowing. It's like the smallest thing but if you think about it, it's the strongest. Because whatever we do, it will happen tomorrow. Tomorrow becomes your future.

If I talk about me, I was never a habit taker. I thought I will change my life, I will start doing good things. But that one day never came because I wasn't doing anything towards it. And then I came to know that the people who are better than me, they are not smarter, more intelligent, they are just better habit builders. They wake early, they achieve their goals every day, they don't procrastinate. And that was the difference.

Because habits are not one big thing, it's a little thing every day. If you read only 15 minutes each day, after one year you will know more things than other people. If you save even a small dollar every day, after some years you will be rich. But if you do nothing for some years, you will remain at the same place. This is life and it's tough but it's true.

It's also the same with bad habits. They are difficult to get rid of. Smoking, laziness, overthinking, procrastination, these things also slowly enter your life and then they remain. And the worst of all is you don't feel them coming, you just one day wake up and they are in control of you. And then it's very difficult. But it's very difficult and it takes a lot of work.

I believe, there should be some caution in doing things. Because you are not just killing time, you are actually building your character. Your habits will determine what kind of person you will be in next 5 or 10 years. No one is perfect, it's not about being perfect. But at least you should have some good habits, some positive habits which will help you to move forward.

Finally, I will just say this, it's not by chance or luck what is happening to you. It is decided by your daily habits. The little things, done every day, will change your life. So start now, even if it's very small. Because it's better to do small things every day than to do big things once.
