My proteinous Beans with Abacha(Cassava flakes) carefully prepared.
Warm Greetings to everyone here,
Am Excited today to welcome you all back to my blog .
Today my sister Inlaw came around,and by then we have already taken our lunch .and I don’t know what to offer her , and by then I don,t have enough food stuffs at home.
I had a little Beans and other few other things at home.
I had to cook beans because beans is a very sweet food,with or without enough ingredients,it will be sweet and the beans I had at home was not too big.I had combine with something I now use cassava flakes which is Abacha and cook them together,My mother Inlaw taught me how to combine the two ingredients together, so I used her own way of cooking it .
Combining the two foods together is good but you have to know what they gives to the body.
BEANS
Beans is a proteineous good rich in protein,
It is good for the infants,young And old people,
It makes your kids grow rapidly.
Cassava Flakes
Cassava flakes is rich in carbohydrate,and cassava flakes is gotten from Cassava.
#INGREDIENTS NEEDED #
2cups of Beans
1/4 paint of cassava flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 tablespoon of dry pepper
1/2 cup of red oil
Water for cooking
I will explain step by step.
STEP1
I will first select my beans and set aside.
Step2
I will now wash my beans and after that I will now put in my clean pot ,add a little water and cook like 30 minutes and bring my pot down and wash the beans throughly.
Step3
I will then seive my beans and starts cooking
I will now put my beans into the pot and cook for a while.I will cook my beans till it gets soft.
Step4
This steps is when I will be putting my ingredients.
I will put my red oil and remain the one I will use for my cassava flakes.
I will now add my salt and my sliced onions,in my beans.
I will add my pepper and stir very well and allow it to cook for like 1 hour
My Delicious Beans is ready to serve.
Note;I will remain my ingredients for my cassava flakes.
CASSAVA FLAKES
Step1
I will put my cassava flakes in my pot and add a little water and allow it to boil for a second,in other for it to get soft.
then I will add all my ingredients and stir very well.
Step3
I will add my remaining red oil to the pot and allow it to heat a little and then add my sliced onions .
Step 4
I will add my salt and stir very well and allow to heat a little.
Step5
Now my cassava flakes is good to go,freshly garnished and prepared with my whole heart.
Looking at this dish, it is simple and tempting,And the taste is Topnotch.
Am very happy because she enjoyed the food combination which I did too.so I poured my Abacha to my prepared beans.
The food combination was something that taste to heaven.
