My Native Corn 🌽 and Cassava Flakes(Abacha) combined with oil Bean(Ugba) Receipe.
Hello to my wounderful community,Hope you all are doing very fine this morning.I welcome you all to my blog this Today.
Today my husband was craving for Corn and cassava flakes(Abacha)combined with Oil Bean(Ugba) and I decided to Prepare it for him very Snappy.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Three cups of Corn 🌽
Half litre of Red oil
Half litre of Ngo
three pieces of native Ehiri seed
Three Handful of Cassava Flakes
Half plate of Oil Bean(Ugba)
Four pieces of fresh pepper
Three pieces of garden Egg
Few pieces of Utazi Leaf
PROCEDURE
First I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
Then I washed my Ingredients,slice and chopped them bit by bit and set aside.
Then I put my native Ehiri seed on my cooker to burn a little so that it would bring out the amazing flavor when pounded and then pound my pepper too and set aside.
Then I poured water to my cassava flakes and cover it to heat very well and then washed my corn with salt and seive it out and set aside.
Then I put my pot on fire,poured my corn inside my pot aand when boiled a little,I added my salt for a nice taste and set aside.
Then after boiling for a while ,I seived it out and also seive my cassava flakes(Abacha)out and set aside.
Then i off my cooker ,and add my red oil and then add my NGO for thickener and stir a little,then I add my corn and stir and added my cassava flakes(Abacha) and stired very well.
Then I added my garden egg,my native Ehiri,my fresh pepper and oil bean(Ugba) and then added my Onions,utazi leaf and salt and stired very well.
And now my Native Receipe was ready
Now I serve it to my Husband,which he enjoyed very well.
