My Delicious Tapioca,Very Tasty

Hello everyone,Greetings to you all!!!I Welcome you Guys once again to my Blog.Am here to present to you guys a special Receipe I made today with Tapioca(Abacha).

Today my Aunty was farming today.So I begged her to harvest cassava for me in other to use it and do my Tapioca Because my father Inlaw came around .He always love Tapioca because he says it always cools his body whenever he eats it.

#INGRIENDIENTS NEEDED#

A little red oil
A tablespoon of salt
Two pieces of fresh pepper
Tapioca(Abacha)

PROCEDURE

In this procedure,I will like to show you how I prepared this receipe.

#STEP 1

Firstly, I peeled and washed it,After Washing it ,I add a little water on my pot ,Add my cassava and boil in my gas.

#STEP2

After some minutes,my cassava started boiling, After boiling, I bring my pot down and keep it in the tray to cool,After cooling,I started to slice it,After slicing it,I put it in the water to ferment a little till the next day.

#STEP3

After fermenting,I washed it and prepare everything I will use to mix it together.
I sliced my onions,My fresh pepper,my salt and my red oil and set aside.

Then I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

#Step4

I put my pot on fire to dry. After drying, I put my red oil,Add my onions,Add my pepper,Add my salt,My vegetable and set aside.
When all my ingredients are ready ,I closed my pot and allow it to stem for a minute.

#STEP5

Now my receipe is ready to serve,this food is one in a million,My father Inlaw was very happy to enjoy this Tapioca with me.It was very delicious and yummy
