Hello to this wounderful community,Foodie lovers!!!I welcome you all to my blog this morning.
my Family has been disturbing me to make this Native traditional Nigerian Receipe(bitterleaf ,melon seed and okro soup)and today I decided to make it for them very Delicious, tasty and nice for them which they loved so much.
INGREDIENTS USED
Two cups of Melon seed(Native Egusi)
Half plate of Bitterleaf
Half plate of red oil
Half plate of Okro seeds(As thickener)
One tablespoon of salt
Few pieces of Fresh pepper
One bulb of onions
Water for cooking
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this Receipe very fantastic and sweet.
First I prepared all ingridients and set aside.
I washed my ingredients both fresh pepper, onions and okro and then pound my pepper and set my pot on fire and poured a little water to my pot and allow it to boil a little and and set aside.
Then I put my pot on fire and added a little water, and when boiled I added my red oil, and close the pot to heat very well, and when boiled,I added my Native egusi(melon seeds) and my chopped onions and stir very well, and allow it to boil around.
I now added my salt and fresh pepper .
Then after boiling,I added my chopped okro as thickener and then stir again and after some minutes ,I added my Bitter leaf and stired very well.
After some seconds of boiling,my soup was ready .
Then I served it to my family which they loved 🥰 so much,
