Simple Changes You Can Make at Home to Support a Healthier Environment

My ideal of a healthy environment does not just reflect on the environment and the people alone, but also reflects on myself. Personally, I believe having a good environment means a lot for healthy survival because it helps reduce the chances of diseases and illnesses.

Being healthy starts from a healthy environment, which is why I always clean my environment and surroundings, because I know it reduces the chances of attracting insects or air pollution in the area.

Basically, a healthy environment does not just have its physical health advantages, it also plays a vital role in mental well-being, which is the way we think and communicate with nature and everything around us. Being hygienic is very essential for one's mental and physical health, whereby we get to breathe fresh air and enjoy the environment around us.

There is one major thing i love about we human being which is the ability of our body to adapt to any given circumstances, during the ancient days they had little knowliwsge about the importance of good hygiene and this people still lived longer than expected, ignoraning the eseential of healthy living, becak then it was all about the survival of the fittest but presently now due to scientifice researches and examination of diffenet disease and causes, we had studied the envrinmental effect thatb weakens the body and poor hygiene is one of them which is why we must be very observant of our environment and everything around us.

Personally, I have always loved cleanliness right from. Childhood that I even prefer to wear white most times, even during my school days, I often strive to maintain this cleanliness, in the same way I do to my environment within my reach, I make sure everywhere is perfect and okay, without any issue or pollution that may cause harm to our health.

I beleieve healthy environment supports healthy living ane healthy lifestyle, which is why we need to be observant of everything around us, becaue we human were not made to survive in rust and death, if you notice most waste either food or anything other thing that is unkept can affect the health or remove virus that may affecr the health or cause diseases which is why we need to be care of what we take around us everything.

There are some general, simple things we can do at home that can promote a good and healthy environment.

  • Always clean the environment, as this helps reduce waste and minimises pollution that may increase the risk of disease.

  • Always Reduce Waste: Doing this can help reduce the risk of having a dirty environment and promote a healthy environment.

  • Always dispose of waste at the right places: ''Growing up, I noticed most people tend to live carelessly with disposing their waste, some even throw it on the ground where people walk, which is very wrong, we need to be observant of this also.

  • Educate people around you on the importance of a healthy environment. With the help of unity work, it can be easy to eradicate the negative aspects of a poor environment because it can cause health issues.

For mental health and stability, good hygiene must be a culture. Sometimes I wonder how people are able to do stuff in dirty environments and still be comfortable knowing fully well that bacteria are everywhere even down to the air we breathe. No one should ever learn to adapt to dirt, it is sickness.
