Finding Calm in Chaos: The Journey of Self-Discovery.
If there is one thing I have understood about life, it is that there will always be chaos from within family, friends, business or outside, and it is very unpredictable and often overwhelming for people who fail to understand or discover themself early.

Managing life pressure and anxiety is not just about escaping a problem, but about discovering our weaknesses and strengths. You can't really know your potential until you experience pain. There is one fact that people often say, Show me a heartbroken man, and I will show you a man who will rule the world, because he is ready to do anything to sit at the top.
Really, this anxiety and pressure help us to shape ourselves, but when the chaos gets overwhelming, then we need to call for help. Anxiety and stress can be very overwhelming when we don't understand our coping mechanisms in life. We all need to understand that life itself has a lot of hardship and everyone will face it, whether the rich or the poor. It could be emotional disturbance, family pressure, or even societal problems, but the way we respond to this and how we calm down to reflect on all this makes us different from others.

A coping mechanism is how we respond and act towards things after understanding ourselves. Basically, in my own view, I have my own coping mechanism for a few things of my nature. I have calmed down to reflect on the same, also with other people. I have my coping mechanism to READING, anger and every struggle or stages of depression, it's all about understanding yourself better, like me now, I understand myself to someone that little words peirce my heart and makes me reflect on what I did wrong for long to the extend that I lose focus, but then I discovered how I can easily distract my thoughts from things I dont want to imagine, and my best part is either to talk to a friend or probably to listen to g9od musics at that moment.
Understanding your coping mechanism helps you to stay balanced in life. The reality is that not everyone gets to understand this aspect of life; some are just surviving and not living. If we fail to understand this part, that is when depression and all other issues will fall in too.
When the stress and anxiety feels overwhelming for me, I seat down to reflect, play games, jokes with people, watch movies, I just get along doing something because I know when I start to reflect on the cause of that stress and anxiety especially if it was caused by a bad experience I get depressed for real, and this is not what I pray for in life, Life is easy when we understand and choose to be at peace with ourselves and mind, understand we are not perfect like gods, we are human hard and good times will always exist but the way we respond to it will determine how we will present ourselves in front of people.

Choosing peace says it all. But most times it's not as easy as seems. Your coping mechanism seem really nice especially choosing peace over the chaos of life
