How to deal with minimal mana resources?! [PT/EN]

Lidar com limitações nas batalhas é algo normal, ocasionalmente teremos de improvisar estratégias com poucos recursos e regras de batalhas que impõe sua dificuldade extra. Pouca mana não significa exatamente que será mais difícil, mas sim que cada escolhe possui um peso maior e essa escolha, não se limita em apenas em quais monstros, mas também outros aspectos da batalha como posicionamento, tank, habilidades envolvidas e etc. Pouca mana pode significar mais responsabilidade, mas é uma forma mais simples de vencer se você fizer uma boa leitura.

Eu particularmente gosto de batalhas limitadas, é fácil de visualizar as possibilidades em cada elemento e criar uma estratégia. Sim, algumas vezes a mana é bem pouca ( como na batalha que vou mostrar a seguir) e além disso, as regras podem realmente complicar as coisas ainda mais. Mas quando temos uma linha de raciocínio a ser seguida, um planejamento ficar claro e criar uma equipe boa mesmo com pouco recurso acaba se tornando fácil, isso só depende de você.

A primeira regra na minha linha de raciocínio é um bom tank e com menos recursos possíveis. Essa peça é mais importante na minha opinião, pois, imagine criar uma boa linha de trás mas com um tank que não dura nem mesmo um round, sua estratégia não tem estrutura para seguir firme e não funcionará. Por isso o tank é seu principal pilar. Robusto e com pouco custo, é nisso que você precisa mirar para fazer sua escolha, se tiver outros atributos, tudo fica ainda melhor.

A linha de trás já é bem subjetiva, ali você vai colocar o que der pra colocar e fim de papo. Consegue encaixar monstro de baixo custo e que podem atacar? monstros de custo zero? Ou mesmo um monstro de ataque mágico para dar aquela força? Qualquer volume é bem vindo e se você conseguir criar uma estratégia com esses monstros, as suas chances de vitória aumentam.

Bem, a batalha que eu trouxe hoje é um pouco disso que acabei de falar, um bom tank e alguns monstros extras para dar uma força, mas a verdadeira arma que utilizei nessa batalha para vencer é a ofensividade e ataques que poderiam realmente fazer a diferença. Alguns pontos a serem mencionados

Bem, claro que o ponto mais impactante dessa batalha seria a quantidade de mana disponibilizada, apenas 12. Com poucos recursos, cada escolha demandaria uma grande responsabilidade e se você leu a introdução desse post, vai saber exatamente o que farei na composição do meu time. Além da quantidade de mana, todos os monstros melee poderia ataca da linha de trás e isso trouxe uma ótima idea, que compartilharei a seguir.

Bem, essa ótima ideia não partiu apenas de mim, meu adversário também viu na regra de batalha, uma boa oportunidade para potencializar o ataque dos monstros melee. Dessa forma, ambos os times teriam mais recursos ofensivos sem se preocupar tanto em qual tipo de ataque escolher para alinha de trás.

Para a escolha do tank, minha visão foi de ter um monstro robusto com bastante vida e que ainda poderia acrescentar ainda mais poder ofensivo aos monstros melee do meu lado do campo. Meu adversário fez uma escolha bem interessante também, um monstro que aparentemente não apresenta muito perigo mas que pode se esquivar muito bem de alguns ataques e me fazer desperdiçar ataques.

Para a linha de trás, eu explorei o que tinha de melhor e com pouco custo de mana: dois monstros de custo 1 e outro de custo zero e cada uma deles teria 2 de ataque adicional.

Um sacada muito inteligente do meu oponente que além do tank inicial, teria um verdadeiro tank na segunda posição, bela jogada. O erro foi que ele não explorou bem monstro de ataque melee, e agradeço por isso.

A escolha que fiz teve um desequilíbrio grande na partida e m acrescentar mais ofensividade ao meus monstros, dessa forma, cada ataque bem sucedido faria um grande estrago. Uma jogada de poucas recurso mas com grande potencial foi o que me fez vencer essa batalha!

I particularly like limited battles, it is easy to visualize the possibilities in each element and create a strategy. Yes, sometimes mana is very low (like in the battle I'll show you next) and, on top of that, the rules can really complicate things even more. But when we have a line of reasoning to follow, a plan becomes clear and creating a good team even with few resources ends up becoming easy, it just depends on you.

The first rule in my line of reasoning is a good tank with as few resources as possible. This piece is the most important in my opinion, because, imagine creating a good back line but with a tank that doesn't even last a round, your strategy doesn't have the structure to follow through and it won't work. That's why the tank is your main pillar. Robust and low-cost, that's what you need to aim for when making your choice, if it has other attributes, everything gets even better.

The back line is already quite subjective, there you'll put whatever you can fit and that's it. Can you fit low-cost monsters that can attack? Zero-cost monsters? Or even a magic attack monster to give you that strength? Any volume is welcome and if you can create a strategy with these monsters, your chances of victory increase.

Well, the battle I brought today is a bit of what I just talked about, a good tank and some extra monsters to give it a boost, but the real weapon I used in this battle to win is the offense and attacks that could really make a difference. So, enough talk and let's see how this happened!

Some points to mention

Well, of course the most impactful point of this battle would be the amount of mana available, only 12. With few resources, each choice would demand a great responsibility and if you read the introduction of this post, you will know exactly what I will do in the composition of my team. In addition to the amount of mana, all melee monsters could attack from the back line and this brought a great idea, which I will share below.

Well, this great idea didn't just come from me, my opponent also saw in the battle rule a good opportunity to enhance the attack of melee monsters. This way, both teams would have more offensive resources without worrying so much about which type of attack to choose for the back line.

For the tank choice, my vision was to have a robust monster with a lot of health and that could still add even more offensive power to the melee monsters on my side of the field. My opponent also made a very interesting choice, a monster that doesn't seem to pose much danger but can dodge some attacks very well and make me waste attacks.

For the back line, I explored what I had the best and with little mana cost: two 1-cost monsters and another zero-cost monster, each of which would have 2 additional attack.

A very smart move by my opponent who, in addition to the starting tank, had a real tank in the second position, a great move. The mistake was that he didn't explore the melee attack monster well, and I'm grateful for that.

The choice I made caused a big imbalance in the match and added more offense to my monsters, so that each successful attack would cause great damage. A move with few resources but with great potential was what made me win this battle!
