Team PH Guild Meeting (May 17, 2025)
Our last guild meeting was preceded by a volcanic eruption in the northern Philippines. This month, another eruption occurred, and an earthquake struck the island where I reside. Despite these challenges, the arrival of the Conclave Arcana in @Splinterlands has ignited unparalleled excitement across our guild. With the Conclave Arcana now in the lands, I’m thrilled to share what TeamPh has been working on to embrace these anticipated and exhilarating developments in Splinterlands.

Agenda
Following multiple notifications and repeated reminders, the guild has removed @saphkel in accordance with established policies. After providing ample time for compliance, the board made the decision to release him to accommodate more active players. A similar notice was also sent to @blacktorch regarding recent developments within the guild. We were more than pleased with his prompt and positive response, which demonstrated his ongoing commitment and cooperation. The misunderstanding that arose has been thoroughly addressed and resolved in a timely and appropriate manner. As a result, @blacktorch will continue as the scholar for the @teamphgiveaways account.
Fray Assignments and Rotations. The arrival of the Conclave Arcana has reshaped the structure of fray assignments that require strategic adjustments. As discussed in the previous meetings, TeamPh has proactively taken these changes into considerations to to ensure continued competitiveness. As many players currently rely on Chaos Legion decks, some have been temporarily rotated to the sidelines to adapt to the new dynamics. This rotation allows TeamPh to balance participation, integrate emerging strategies, and leverage the guild’s diverse deck pool, ensuring all members contribute effectively to our success in Splinterlands.
TeamPh is actively collaborating with other Philippine Splinterlands teams to bolster our roster and elevate our performance in Tier 4 competitions. By fostering synergy within the local community, we aim to field top-tier players, enhancing our competitiveness and building stronger ties across guilds. The board has carefully selected and invited top-tier players, such as @ErlMapa, to join TEAMPH, aiming to strengthen our guild’s competitive standing. @TheJedo and @MangoMayhem are actively connecting with skilled Filipino Splinterlands players to explore opportunities for joining our roster. This initiative not only enhances our lineup for Tier 4 competitions but also fosters unity and collective growth within the Philippine Splinterlands community, solidifying TEAMPH’s commitment to collaboration and excellence.
All individuals interested in joining the guild will be required to participate in a thorough screening process. This process is designed to ensure that every applicant aligns with our guild’s core values and meets our established requirements. @imril will oversee the evaluation of each candidate, helping to maintain the integrity and quality of our membership.
To ensure a seamless experience for both applicants and current members, @mangomayhem will work closely with @imril to coordinate the details and logistics of the screening process. Together, they aim to uphold transparency and efficiency throughout this important phase of welcoming new members.
In addition, @damour has reiterated the guild’s requirement for all incoming members to stake $TeamPh tokens as specified in our bylaws. This policy is crucial for fostering active participation and demonstrating each member’s commitment to the success and shared vision of our community. In the last meeting, the topic of establishing a TeamPh Facebook Page—which had previously been tabled—was reintroduced for further discussion. The group considered several viable options for moving forward. One proposal involved coordinating with Ace Lim, the current administrator of the SplinterlandsPh Facebook page, through the facilitation of @Mangomayhem. Another suggestion was the creation of a distinct TeamPh Facebook page, with @mochilub taking on the responsibility for its creation. Both options are still deliberated carefully (along with the members to take charge of the management and maintenance of the page) weighing their respective advantages and potential challenges to determine the best course of action for the team's online presence.
Collection of Guild Dues. After dedicated service, @damour and @mangomayhem have officially turned over the collection of guild dues to @thejedo. We extend our heartfelt thanks to @damour and @mangomayhem for their commitment and reliability in handling this essential task. We are confident that @thejedo will continue to uphold the same level of excellence and diligence in this new role.Additionally, the responsibility for creating and managing events in the TeamPh Discord server has now been handed over to @mdasein.
