Saludos amigos de #hive luego de una pausa para cuidar a mi esposo y ayudarle en su recuperación acá regreso a mis tan amadas manualidades, y aunque mi esposo aún no termina de estar bien del todo, ya ando con el pendiente de la época de navidad y de cómo vamos a decorar el árbol de navidad este año decidimos utilizar colores diferentes, pero que al final les aseguro le van a dar un toque diferente a mi árbol de navidad pero estará lleno de magia, por eso acá les traigo un tutorial de como elaborar las flores con las que estaré realizando está decoración, espero les guste.

MATERIALES
🌼 Foami escarchado negro (o puede ser el color de tu elección). Tijeras.
🌼 Regla y lápiz.
🌼 Pistola de silicona caliente.
🌼 Barras de silicona.
🌼 Un círculo pequeño de cartulina, del color que tengas.
🌼 Una tira pequeña de foami para el colgante.
🌼 PASO A PASO

🌼 Paso 1: Marcar la Tira Base.
Marca una línea recta en el foami con ayuda de una regla y un lápiz para determinar el ancho de la tira que usarás para la flor.
El ancho dependerá del tamaño que quieran realizar la flor, ya que mientras más ancho más grande quedará la flor.
🌼 Paso 2: Cortar la Tira.
ahora cortamos la tira de foami a lo largo de la línea que marcamos en el paso anterior.
🌼 Paso 3: Preparación de la Tira para Cortar Pétalos.
Doblamos la tira de foami por la mitad a todo lo largo de manera horizontal, asegurándonos de que los bordes coincidan para evitar que se corten mal.
🌼 Paso 4: Recortar los Pétalos.
Mientras la tira está doblada, realizamos pequeños cortes pero de manera uniforme a lo largo del borde que está doblado, como se ve en la imagen de arriba, no lo cortamos completo hasta el final; debemos dejar un pequeño borde sin cortar.
luego en la imagen, de abajo se notan los cortes que tienen forma de v, que vendrá a ser lo que dará la forma de pétalo a la flor.
🌼 Paso 5: Enrollar la Tira.
Aplicamos un poco de silicón caliente al inicio de la tira y comenzamos a enrollarla de manera firme, vamos a ir enrollando la tira cortada, y le aplicamos silicón caliente en la base, de esta manera nos aseguramos fijar bien en cada vuelta hasta formar el centro de la flor.
🌼 Paso 6: Centro de la Flor y Círculo Base.
Recortamos un círculo de la cartulina plateada, para usar como base y darle estabilidad a la flor, ustedes pueden usar también foami o cartón, del color que deseen.
🌼 Paso 7: Fijar la Base.
Aplicamos el silicón caliente sobre la parte trasera de la flor, y pegamos el círculo de base sobre para cubrir la parte enrollada y darle mejor acabado a nuestro trabajo.
🌼 Paso 8: Formar el Lazo.
Tomé una tira más pequeña y estrecha de foami y doblamos la tira para formar un pequeño lazo , como se ve en la imagen de abajo.
🌼 Paso 9: Pegar el Lazo.
Aplicamos silicón caliente en los extremos del lazo y pegamos en la parte trasera de la flor en el círculo de la base, asegurándonos de que la parte abierta quede hacia arriba para poder tener como colgarlo en el árbol de navidad.
Listo tenemos una hermosa flor de foami que podemos usar como un adorno hermoso para decorar nuestro árbol de navidad, espero que les guste, de veras es algo súper fácil, rápido y económico que se puede elaborar en cualquier color, por lo que podemos combinar con nuestra decoración.

MATERIALS
🌼 Black frosted foam (or any color of your choice). Scissors.
🌼 Ruler and pencil.
🌼 Hot glue gun.
🌼 Glue sticks.
🌼 A small circle of cardstock, any color you have.
🌼 A small strip of foam for the pendant.
🌼 Step by step

🌼Step 1: Mark the Base Strip

Draw a straight line on the foam using a ruler and pencil to determine the width of the strip you will use for the flower.

The width will depend on the size you want the flower to be, since the wider it is, the larger the flower will be.

🌼Step 2: Cut the strip.
Now cut the foam strip along the line you marked in the previous step.

🌼Step 3: Preparing the Strip for Cutting Petals.
Fold the foam strip in half horizontally along its entire length, making sure the edges match up to prevent them from being cut unevenly.

🌼Step 4: Cut out the petals.
While the strip is folded, make small, even cuts along the folded edge, as shown in the image above. Do not cut all the way to the end; leave a small edge uncut.

Then, in the image below, you can see the V-shaped cuts, which will give the flower its petal shape.

🌼Step 5: Roll up the strip.
Apply a little hot silicone to the beginning of the strip and start rolling it up tightly. Continue rolling the cut strip and applying hot silicone to the base. This will ensure that each turn is securely fixed until you form the center of the flower.
🌼Step 6: Flower Center and Base Circle.
Cut out a circle from the silver cardstock to use as a base and give the flower stability. You can also use foam or cardboard in any color you like.
🌼Step 7: Secure the Base.
We apply hot silicone to the back of the flower and glue the base circle on top to cover the rolled part and give our work a better finish.

🌼Step 8: Form the loop.
I took a smaller, narrower strip of foam and folded it to form a small loop, as shown in the image below.
🌼Step 9: Glue the bow.
Apply hot silicone to the ends of the ribbon and stick it to the back of the flower on the base circle, making sure that the open part is facing up so that it can be hung on the Christmas tree.
There you have it, a beautiful foam flower that we can use as a lovely decoration for our Christmas tree. I hope you like it. It really is super easy, quick, and inexpensive to make, and you can make it in any color to match your decorations.
