Reflecting On My Progress

I think I am a poster child to playing Splinterlands for multiple years. This game has been with me for close to a decade and hopefully willing as I had some recent health scares.

In terms of how much money I spent in this game it would be mostly what I have earned through the years when I first started playing to where I am today. I will admit currently I lack the competitiveness in rank battles as the most recent sets in Rebellion and Conclave has a much higher entrance fee. However my accumulation of assets over the years have left me to be in a reasonable position in terms of overall Splinterland assets.

My Collection Power

Over on Peakmonsters my collection power ranks me at top 750 overall. Out

Out of over 460k accounts to be at this status is truly amazing. In terms of $ value this means at base I am holding close to 2.3 million DEC as each collection point equates to 1 DEC per cards' burn values.

My Staked SPS

Another personally best is my staked SPS. Out of 336k accounts I currently am in the top 1k in ranking for total SPS. Although 99% of my SPS is staked.

Now noting there is over 2 billion SPS I have only a tiny fraction of SPS holding, currently standing at +142k. In terms of future progress my goal is to swap back some of my liquid DEC back into SPS to reach over 200k. The plan is to see if SPS can drop in value over the next few weeks as the Conclave hype dies down.

Next month will mark my 7 full years active participant in Splinterlands. I can not wait to hit a decade mark. This is truly amazing as its mainly the same game as I first started way back in 2018. Of course there has been new updates and additions along the way to keep the game entertaining but to have stuck by this for so long it goes to prove the game has longevity.

If I could do it so can anyone. Crypto has been innovating over the years yet the game Splinterlands remains active to this day. It is hard to believe this will ever truly go away as it has lasted for so long. I hope the game will one day transcend into history as one of the pioneers in crypto space. By that end Splinterlands asset prices will soar to all time highs. Hey one can dream can't I?
