My Weekly Progress In SPL

I was not very active for the week but land still ran and I was able to earn a bit more in DEC for this new season. Now I am moving the bar higher in DEC staked so that I can produce more. Meanwhile I am also looking into finally running my fifth plot after months of shutdown. My fifth plot is advantageous for producing Aura.

Looking in close to 50k DEC will be extremely difficult at the rate I am going. I will have to swap out some investments soon if I were to pull through and earn more in land.

Base on Hive to DEC chart it does appear currently this is a good conversion point from Hive to DEC. It is near a low for the three month chart.

Another option I have is to pull out DEC from SPL Trader. However tempting it maybe to remove my investment there it appears there are just good demand overall in the open market and profits are rolling in large and consistent. I am close to yielding 25% of my original investment dating back almost at the beginning of the year. This is impressive ROI for Splinterland assets.

I think keeping my stake in SPL is more beneficial than staking into land. There is just more DEC directly earned right now and I still have steady rentals for some DEC. No where near what I need in DEC comes down towards using my earned Hive/HBD to convert into DEC.

As of now 181 Hive would get me around 50k DEC. It does not seem too bad but my liquid Hive converted into Hive.swap will increase this price about 1.5%. Overall not bad considering its very achievable where I am at.

The whole goal here is to earn over 250k SPS for the year so I can not leave my eyes on the prize for investing in land production.

150k is my next milestone but I also do not want to divert too much from not achieving the 32k Hive Power for year end goal. I am divided on if I really want to pursue investing more in land production or into Hive. Oh the dilemma.
